We first used leo painting services and carpentry and crew for house painting 10 years ago. They have always done great work for us at very fair and reasonable prices. Recently, their team has done a lot of work on our 40 year old home (replaced all windows, replaced front door, replaced all of the outdoor wood trim with Azek trim boards, replaced old gutters and downspouts, replaced the rusted/rotted bulkhead door, exterior house wash and painting and some interior painting). Throughout the projects, they always coordinated their timing with our schedule and kepp checking in with us to make sure that we were happy with everything. Edison is a great manager and made sure that all details were addressed. Gleicy a great office contact to answer all of our questions. He transformed a tired house into something that exceeded our expectations. Leo send regular updates and videos to satisfy our curiosities. We were so happy with Leo that we asked him to address the outside of the house. He repaired all trim rot, repaired a roof copula, completely removed all clapboards on garaged, repaired rotted deck wood and cleaned and painted home. Again work exceeded our expectations. We can't say enough about our experience with Leo and team. We bought a house down the cape and the paint was in terrible shape. Leo came and gave us a reasonable quote and a very thorough remediation plan. His team worked extremely hard (sometimes as many as 8 employees working) to get it done as quickly as possible. He had to push out the completion date a little bit as the project was even more involved than he originally thought, but the finished product was incredible.
