My wife and I hired Leo's Painting Services to paint the exterior of our brick house, including trim and some doors . They also painted the garage (hardy board siding) and the garage doors. They were the only painting company in Cape Cod we could find who was willing to bejamim moore products, which is a paint specifically designed for masonry. Leo came out personally for the quote and carefully explained what was in scope and out of scope of the work. His detailed estimate broke everything down, which we really appreciated. When work started a couple months later, the painters were courteous, hardworking, and careful to tape and cover everything not being painted. They also went the extra mile by caulking any gaps or holes they came across. After the work was complete, they went back over everything to look for bare spots, fix any overspray, and even power-washed the walkway. I hired Leo's Painting Services because I had read good reviews on line about them. They were rated 4.9. I'm giving them 5 stars. The whole first floor of my Cape was painted by them and they were flawless. Leo the owner showed me cracks in the ceilings that I had not even noticed. If you were to take a before and after, it was like night and day. Leo was excellent to deal with and his crew were so nice, understanding and went straight to their work. They also cleaned up after themselves. The reviews were absolutely on target about them and I would hire them again. My ceilings look like they are brand new. LEO'S and the team painted our main level with extreme professionalism and great integrity! The team arrived on the days they said they would, and almost precisely the time they said they would (what contractors do that?!!) The paint work is amazing, done with great care and very efficient! I couldn’t believe how quickly they moved through the area and the resulting quality at the same time. The young men LEO had working for him are extremely respectful and responsible. They cleaned up the working area after each day and made sure they left the house in great shape. We have more work to be done on the interior of the home as well as the exterior. I can’t say enough for Leo and team. Just outstanding. Price, quality and schedule just exceeded our expectations. Due to pandemic were unable to meet Leo, until after the work was done. We negotiate the scope, and price over the phone. Leo’s competed with other local and non- local contractors and assured us he would satisfy us. Leo when above and beyond. He transformed a tired house into something that exceeded our expectations. Leo send regular updates and videos to satisfy our curiosities. We were so happy with Leo that we asked him to address the outside of the house. He repaired all trim rot, repaired a roof copula, completely removed all clapboards on garaged, repaired rotted deck wood and cleaned and painted home. Again work exceeded our expectations. I don’t usually write recommendations but I think it is the least I can do for Leo. I have recommended Leo to others I know and they have also used his services to their satisfaction. Leo's Painting power washed, sanded, and applied 2 coats of paint on the complete exterior of our home. He and his crew did an excellent job. Our home had both new and 40 yrs. old cedar shingles.
