My wife and I hired Leo's Painting Services to paint the exterior of our brick house, including trim and some doors . They also painted the garage (hardy board siding) and the garage doors. They were the only painting company in Cape Cod we could find who was willing to bejamim moore products, which is a paint specifically designed for masonry. Leo came out personally for the quote and carefully explained what was in scope and out of scope of the work. His detailed estimate broke everything down, which we really appreciated. When work started a couple months later, the painters were courteous, hardworking, and careful to tape and cover everything not being painted. They also went the extra mile by caulking any gaps or holes they came across. We can't say enough about our experience with Leo and team. We bought a house down the cape and the paint was in terrible shape. Leo came and gave us a reasonable quote and a very thorough remediation plan. His team worked extremely hard (sometimes as many as 8 employees working) to get it done as quickly as possible. He had to push out the completion date a little bit as the project was even more involved than he originally thought, but the finished product was incredible. I was in need of a painter for exterior painting in the middle of November. I had a time frame for the work to be done in order to meet refinancing with the VA. I reviewed all the listings for painters and I decided to choose Leo’s painting. I called him and let him know I had a timeline and the extent of what work needed to be done. He was polite and listened to my concerns. He accepted the job and was ready to work immediately. We are so grateful to Leo and his team. I hired Leo's Painting Services because I had read good reviews on line about them. They were rated 4.9. I'm giving them 5 stars. The whole first floor of my Cape was painted by them and they were flawless. Leo the owner showed me cracks in the ceilings that I had not even noticed. If you were to take a before and after, it was like night and day. Leo was excellent to deal with and his crew were so nice, understanding and went straight to their work. Leo and his team were incredible from start to finish. They went way beyond a standard paint job, patching large holes, sanding and spraying the walls, and making the entire condo look brand new. Leo and his crew are amazing! I have had many paint jobs over the years with different contractors but NOTHING compares to the job Leo's Painting did. They did an entire interior paint job on a 2700 SQ FT house and Leo would not call it complete until we were completely satisfied. And we were VERY picky. LEO'S and the team painted our main level with extreme professionalism and great integrity! The team arrived on the days they said they would, and almost precisely the time they said they would (what contractors do that?!!) The paint work is amazing, done with great care and very efficient! I couldn’t believe how quickly they moved through the area and the resulting quality at the same time. The young men LEO had working for him are extremely respectful and responsible. They cleaned up the working area after each day and made sure they left the house in great shape. We have more work to be done on the interior of the home as well as the exterior.
